• If you are staying with us at a special room rate, please provide a supporting document when checking in.
• In order to protect your personal rights and interests, you must provide identification documents at the time of check-in that matches the booking information.
• According to the laws of Taiwan, guests must be 20 years of age or older to legally reserve a hotel room. Guests under the age of 20 must present a guardian's consent form. To check in, please show proof of identity or passport.
• Check-in time: 16:00, please check in according to the hotel's regulations; if you cannot check in before 9:00 p.m., please call the hotel in advance to confirm your reservation.
• Check-out time: Before 12:00 noon on the check-out day.
• During the Lunar New Year and consecutive holidays (subject to hotel announcements), check-in time is at 16:00 and the check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.
• Western and Chinese buffet breakfast is available depending on room type (except for certain special offers).
• The hotel does not provide extra beds. To maintain the quality of accommodation, we do not accept guests exceeding the limit for the room type.
• Pets are not allowed in all rooms, except for guide dogs.
• Smoking is not allowed in all rooms. If you need to smoke, please go to the smoking area on the first floor next to the main entrance of the hotel; a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 shall be charged to a guest deemed to have smoked inside the room.
• Please do not take out equipment and hotel-provided items from the room.
• Parties, gambling, alcohol, drugs or any other illegal activities are strictly forbidden in rooms; violators will be reported to the police.
