• If the hotel is notified within 14 days prior to arrival date (excluding the day of arrival), the deposit can be held for three months or may be refunded in full.
• If the hotel is notified within 10~13 days before the check-in date, the hotel reserves the right to charge 30% of the total amount of the deposit. 
• If the hotel is notified within 7~9 days before the check-in date, the hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total amount of the deposit.
• If the hotel is notified within 4~6 days before the check-in date, the hotel reserves the right to charge 60% of the total amount of the deposit.
• If the hotel is notified within 2~3 days before the check-in date, the hotel reserves the right to charge 70% of the total amount of the deposit.
• If the hotel is notified 1 day before the check-in date, the hotel reserves the right to charge 80% of the total amount of the deposit.
• No reservation or refund of the deposit will be made if the hotel is notified of the cancellation or change of dates within 24 hours on the day of check-in.
• No reservation or refund of deposit will be made if the hotel is not notified within the aforementioned time.
