Q How do I make a room reservation?

The normal/peak/holiday are subject to the hotel’s definition and may vary depending on the offer program. Please refer to the official reservation system for the actual price, which includes tax and service charges.
Q I have already booked a room on the official website, what should I do if I want to change the date or room type?
A If you need to change your room date after confirming your reservation online, please cancel directly from the website and then rebook.
Cancellation fees will not be charged for rebooked transactions. If the reservation is made within 14 days of arrival, please call the reservation staff to inform them of the cancellation and new reservation in order to receive a full refund of the deposit. No manual or online reservation date change service available for online reservations.

Q What are the surcharges for additional staying guests in room?
A Extra bed service is not available in any of the hotel room types. If the number of guests exceeds the room limit, additional guests will be charged at NT$1200 per person per night for adults and NT$600 per person per night for children (amenities and breakfast provided).
Accompanying children requiring no additional beds will only be subject to additional cost of breakfast: 0-2 years old free, 3-5 years old NT$100, 6-11 years old NT$325.
Q Can I specify a lake view or a high floor room in my reservation?
A If you have special room requirements such as those facing a specific view or a room on a higher floor, please contact the hotel’s reservation staff and inform us about your needs. An additional surcharge of NT$550 shall apply per room per night and is subject to availability.

During Chinese New Year and consecutive holidays (subject to hotel announcement), check-in time is 16:00 pm and check-out time is before 11:00 am.
Q Does my reservation come with a complimentary breakfast?
A The number of guests for the next day's Venice Restaurant breakfast buffet will be provided according to the accommodation offer, room type and number of guests (except for specific offers, subject to the hotel's announcement). Breakfast Serving Time: 06:30~10:00 ( To ensure the quality of breakfast, when there are more guests, breakfast at the Venice Restaurant will be served to guests in specified time slots. Each time slot can enjoy breakfast for 1 hour, please enjoy breakfast during your selected time slot).
Q Does the guestroom I reserve come with a bathtub?
A Only a few deluxe rooms in the hotel are offered without bathtubs. If you want to choose a room type featuring a bathtub, please inform the reservation staff and we will help you to make a note on the reservation form and arrange it according to room availability at the time of your stay. However, we cannot guarantee availability, thank you for your understanding.
Q Can pets be brought into the hotel?
A Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. If found by hotel staff, you will be charged for the cleaning and disinfection of the room and you will be asked to leave the hotel with your pet immediately. Thank you for your cooperation. Please contact us in advance to arrange the relevant services for you.

Below are three ways to reach the Formosa Yacht Resort for your reference:
- Take a taxi directly from the Tainan HSR Station. Guests can make a reservation with the hotel reception Service Center to dispatch a taxi, the driver will greet the guests with a welcome sign at the Tainan HSR Station exit and the fare will be paid by the guest(s) after arriving at the hotel.
- Transfer directly from Tainan HSR Station to Shalun Railway Station and reach Tainan Railway Station by train, then transfer to a taxi or bus from Tainan Railway Station: Bus No. 2 or No. 19 - Take a ride from Tainan Railway Station (North) to The Old Canal bus stop (Formosa Yacht Resort)
- THSR Express Bus Line H31 connects to City Hall Station (free of charge), then transfer to taxi to arrive at the hotel.
